What we are doing here is no small
task. It will require hugh sums of money continuously for years. To
raise this kind of money requires unusual imagination and efforts.
This kind of money cannot be raised by common fund raising
methods.
We have appointed agents in some cities
to solicit and accept donations for Mata Annapurna Ashrams and
Schools. We are appointing more agents worldwide. We are paying them
10% commission plus we are paying 5% over-ride commission to agents
who form their own teams of ten or more
agents.
We are operating worldwide. We cannot
reach everyone everywhere. The agents provide a very vital service
of contacting people, talking to them about our work, getting their
support, staying in regular contact with them, keeping them informed
and involving them in our work. The agents fully deserve the 10%
commission they are paid. The senior agents fully deserve the 5%
over-ride for providing guidance and supervision to their team
of agents. The donors also appreciate the
agents' role.
Working with
other Donors
Agents working with other donors are music/video stores,
other retail stores, on-line stores, home based individuals and
students.
TO
BE AN AGENT
To become an agent, first you must understand this.
This is not a part-time job or a side business. If you get into this
for the sole purpose of earning some income, it will not
work.
This is an involvement in charity work.
The charity work is to feed and educate poor children in India,
children who are hungry and helpless, children who never see the
face of a school, children who will have no future without proper
education. The first and foremost requirement for this involvement
is compassion in your heart for these helpless children. With
compassion, you also need to be actively involved in that work. If
you have these two things, then people will support your efforts. As
you make more efforts you will be able to raise more funds and help
more children and in the process of helping the children, your
personal income will keep growing.
In this troubled world, in this
"Kalyug", people are doing whatnot to make
money.Here you can make money by doing "punya
karma".
SEVERAL
SOURCES OF INCOME
We will provide guidance and support at every
step.
(1) Solicit / accept donations to feed
and educate poor children. Earn 10%
commission.
(2) Solicit / accept donations for giving daily
prizes
for
Mantra Jaap in schools and at home, weekly prizes for Mantra
Jaap in groups and for Shiva Puja and Yagna. See this page "Combining Spiritual

commission.
(3) Solicit / accept donations for giving musical
instruments and other items to schools and pathshalas. Earn 10%
commission.
(4) Solicit and accept sponsorships of Bhajans, Dhoon,
Mantra Jaap and Hanuman Chalisa in Audio CDs and DVDs. See "Sponsors
- Donors" page. Earn 10% commission.
(5) Senior Agents who form their own
groups of 10 or more agents (maximum 100) will earn 10% on their
personal collection plus 5% on total collection of their group. This
is not network marketing. You get nothing if your agents break off
from you and form their own
groups.
(6) Make copies of "Bhajan-no
Vepar" audio CDs and DVDs.

STAY INVOLVED
IN CHARITY
WORK
We would prefer that every agent get personally involved and
stay involved in helping poor children. You can do this by joining a
"Mandal" in your local area or by forming your own "Mandal". Please
see details on this page:
"Ek Lakh Mandal - Sou Lakh
Balak".
Once you do this and as long as you stay involved we
will let you use 50% of your collection (to feed and educate poor children) for
this
purpose.
TO BECOME AN AGENT
A
DONATION IS REQUIRED
A donation of US $100 is required if you want to be an
agent.
If you want to be a Senior Agent and form your
own group of agents, a donation of US $200 is required. You will
start earning 5% over-ride as soon as you have one agent on your team. But you
must build your team of 10 or more agents as soon as
possible.
Why this donation is
necessary
"Charity begins at home". This is not just a catchy phrase. It has deep
spiritual significance. What it means is this: Charity work becomes
possible only if it begins in one's own heart. If you have
compassion in your heart you will start doing whatever you can on
your own before you ask anyone to join you. If you don't have that
in your heart charity work is not possible. Here, if your heart
doesn't make you give the first donation and you ask others to give,
it will not work.
So, look within and see how you feel.
If you feel happy and excited, introduce yourself and send in your
first donation. If you don't feel happy and excited don't get
involved. You are not ready for charity work. Wait till it begins in
your heart.

We are working like
this:
When a donor gives you any donation you are required
to send it to us immediately, in presence of the donor. You are
required to do this no matter how small or large the donation amount
is. Send it to us through PayPal. If you are at donor's home or office
do it from donor's computer or let the donor send it to us. If the
donor does not have internet access and gives you the money, you are
required to send it to us as soon as you reach your home or
office.
Does this mean you will have to log on
PayPal and send us the money several times everyday? YES, that is
exactly what it means. Don't wait till the end of the day. Send it
as soon as you receive it.
Agents must keep a register of donors.
Record every donation however small with donor's name, email address
and phone number. Give receipt for every donation however small.
Keep the register for 6 months.
Explain to every donor that if they
like, they can send the donation to us direct, through PayPal (see
details below). If they like to do that, ask them to give us
your name and agent number. Every day email us the list of donors
who send donation to us direct. We will pay you full
commission.
We will send you your commission every
week.
To the donors we say this:
There are many good people in this world and a few
bad ones. We cannot stop doing good for fear of a few bad people.
Everyone please understand this: There is a risk that some
unauthorized people may collect donations in our name and also the
risk that some authorized agents may not send us all the donation
they collect. Therefore, we are not responsible for any money you
give to any agent until we receive it. All agents are required to
send us the donation amount immediately, in your presence. Please
see that they do that. Please give your donation to the agent only
if you know the agent personally. Do not give any donation to any
agent if you don't know the agent
personally.
