This has never happened
before,
not on this
scale.
It was January 2007. A small group of
parents and children started doing Gayatri Mantra to help poor
children in India. Everyone was doing it at home for 10 minutes
everyday, morning and evening. Slowly and gradually the word spread
and other people started doing it too. Now there are thousands of
adults and children all over the world. Everyone doing it in their
own home, 10 minutes everyday, morning and
evening.
People are involved in efforts to feed and educate poor
children in India. They are doing mantra jaap so their combined efforts may
receive Divine Blessings.
Because of different time zones, people
in different parts of the world are doing it at different times. As
a result, this has become
"Akhand Mantra Jaap".
Mantra jaap is going on non-stop, unbroken, around
the clock. On any day, at any time of the day or night, people are
doing mantra jaap somewhere, in some parts of the
world.
Mantra Jaap creates Divine Energy.
Divine Energy makes all good things happen. It brings happiness,
peace and prosperity in our lives. When a large number of people
will do mantra jaap together it will bring happiness, peace and
prosperity to everyone in the
country.
The vision is real. People
are beginning to see the
vision. Everyone can also see that it will not take 100 or 200
years. It will become a reality in our life time. "No child will
sleep hungry in India. No child will grow up without proper
education."
Now, the purpose is to take it full
scale. Let every Indian person around the globe get
involved.

to achieve, when we begin working on it and all the time while we
are doing it, we are always praying for its success. Prayer is
always part of the karma. Our great Rishis have always said,
"When we combine prayers with human
efforts, and if both, the prayer and the efforts, are sincere, then
the power of the prayer bears on human efforts and makes them
fruitful." That is why prayer is always part of the
karma.

To do mantra jaap you don't need to sit in one
place. You can say the mantra while taking a shower or driving or
while doing any work. You can say the mantra or you can listen to a
CD and say it in your heart.

Though we are doing this to help poor
children, daily mantra jaap brings Divine Energy and Blessings in
our own lives. It brings happiness, peace and prosperity to us
individually. If a large number of people do this together it will
bring happiness, peace and prosperity to everyone in the
country.
Mantra creates Divine Energy. Divine
Energy makes all good things happen. When we chant the mantra
ourself we are creating Divine Energy from within. When we listen to
another person chanting or listen to a tape or CD we are absorbing
the Divine Energy created by that chanting. The more we do this the
more Divine Energy we have within us and around us. That is why many
people do mantra jaap for ten minutes, then listen to mantra CDs.

also when they go to sleep. Their homes are filled with Divine
Energy.
