PERCENTERS
(2%ers)
Some
time back we started asking store owners to give us two percent
discount on our purchase. We would send that money to feed hungry
children in India, one percent in their name, one percent in our
name. It started working very well. Store owners were gladly giving
us the discount. No one said 'no'.
So we
started spreading the word and many people in UK and California
started doing it. First we were asking for the discount only at
grocery stores. Then some people started asking at restaurants and
coffee shops and then at other stores. Now everyone is asking for it
everywhere they shop, even on-line. If they are buying something
they are asking for two percent discount and they are telling the
owner or manager what they are doing with the money. The good part
is, every store is giving it. So far, not even one store has
declined it. It is amazing. There is something magical about this
thing.
Word spreads
fast. This is becoming a new reality in retail business. Day by day
it is becoming more popular. Customers love it because they are able
to help the hungry children every time they buy something. Business
owners love it because it helps their business. It looks like this
new trend has Divine blessings because it does good in the world
without hurting anyone.
When you buy
anything anywhere ask for your two percent discount. Retail stores
are offering it in every ad. On-line stores on every page, with
every item. If you don't see it, ask for it. Tell them what you are
going to do with the money. Believe me, all you need to do is ask.
Business owners spend lots of money to create goodwill with
customers. Here they are doing it with a nominal two percent
discount. They love it.
In the
beginning you might hesitate because you have never done this
before. Don't worry, you will feel good after you do it a few times.
Then you will never stop doing it.

Believe me, this simple thing has the power
to change the future of India. Seriously. It will raise money to
feed and educate poor children by the millions. All it requires is
that you do your part. You will see its power as soon as you start
doing it.

Use the discounts you get from
stores
for
this
purpose:
You can do
this alone or you and your friends can make your own group, put
everyone's discounts together and do
this:
(1) Support education of 1 to 100 children
in any school of your choice. Work directly with the school and with
other groups like yours helping that school. The children are poor
and helpless now, but when they finish their education they will not
be poor or helpless any more. See this page:

(2) To support your efforts we
encourage you to become a "Donation Agent". We will provide guidance and
support at every step. You will earn 10% commission. That's your personal income.
Senior Agents who form their own groups of 10 or more agents
earn additional 5% on total collection of their group. Also, you can use 50% of
your total collection for (1) if you and your group are personally involved in
that work.

(3) Many
stores may want to get more involved, register their own
non-profit organizations, involve their customers and help the children as in
(1) above. You or your group can team up with one or more stores in your
area.

Make your
first video and post it on YouTube, MySpace and all other sites.
This video is just to say "Hello" to the world. Introduce yourself
and your group, say where you are (city and country) and just say
something about the two-percent, how you're going to play your part,
what you're going to do, etc. If you're doing somethng, talk about
that. This is all very casual, you're not presenting a
plan.
This is a very simple thing but there is a very big
purpose for doing it. Making this video will energize you. It will
energize your whole group. The more thought and effort you put in
making it, the more positive energy you will create within you and
around you. Positive energy makes all good things happen. Staying in
positive energy circle helps us in everything we do. Not only you
and your group, your video will energize everyone who will see
it.
