We
need your services regularly to record these events. For every event we
will prefer to work with professionals residing in the sub-district
or district where the event is taking place. Only if there are no
experienced professionals in local area we will hire someone from another
district.
We
welcome you to introduce yourself and submit your bids for the
events that will take place in your district.
"Ten
Million Meals" events will be organized in schools all over
India. All ten million meals will be recorded live in video, every
child, every single meal. These will be whole day events. There will be
lots of games and fun activities. All activities will be recorded
live, whole day. A one hour DVD will be made highlighting the event.

During
and after the ten million meals, "Childrens Day" will be
celebrated regularly once a month or every week in every school that
may want to participate. Teachers, students and parents from one
school will go to another school with ration (food), vegetables,
utensils and everything else. They will set up a kitchen at that
other school or at any suitable place nearby, they will cook food
there, they will involve the teachers, students and parents of the
other school in cooking and all other activities. Some adults will
cook, some adults will organize games and fun activities for the
children and adults. "School-less" children, the children
who don't go to any school will also be included and involved in all
activities. Everyone will cook and eat and play together. Childrens
Day celebrations will be whole day events.
All
Childrens Day celebrations will be recorded live in video, whole
day, every minute of it. A one hour DVD will be made from the whole
day's recording.
VIDEOGRAPHERS:
We need you to record only. You do not edit or do anything else
unless you are also a good editor. If you are, please tell us about
your editing skills and experience.
VIDEO
EDITORS: We need you to make a one hour DVD from the whole day's recording.
WRITERS:
Many sponsors will personally participate in these events. We need
you to talk to them and their children and write about their
involvement. Videographers will record your discussion with them live.

To
receive funds for "Childrens Day" celebrations, the
schools will prepare their proposals in video, every month or every
week, and put them on YouTube. Most proposals will be no more than
ten minutes. Some may be 20 or 30 minutes. Most proposals will be in
local language of the district, not in English.
Your
part will be to record their proposals, add clips from previous
events, upload them on YouTube and send us the links. For guidelines,

to work with professionals residing in the area where the event is
